The artist
Ink that grows on you
I came to tattooing the long way around. I trained and worked as a fashion makeup artist — first in London, then across a move to a small town in East Texas — before the pull toward permanent art became impossible to ignore.
What started as curiosity turned into a craft, shaped early on by mentor Marco Luzz and a lot of stubborn practice. These days I work out of The Crooked Bonsai in Dallas, where I focus on botanical and nature-inspired neo-traditional tattoos — flowers, animals, and the small symbolic things that mean something to the person wearing them. Bold color, clean linework, and the occasional soft black & grey piece.
“Stay humble, stay curious, and keep making things.”
